Please include your iPhone model, your iOS version and the Logmori version (shown at the bottom of Settings). Don't send your full log or other sensitive information unless we ask for it.
How do I move my log to a new iPhone?
Logmori 1.0 doesn't sync through iCloud, so move your log with a backup file:
- On your old iPhone, open Settings in Logmori and tap Export CSV. Save the file somewhere you can reach from the new iPhone, such as iCloud Drive in the Files app, or send it to yourself.
- Install Logmori on the new iPhone, open Settings and tap Import CSV, then pick that file.
Restoring your iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup also brings Logmori's data with it, if Logmori's data was included in that backup.
I bought Logmori Pro. How do I get it back on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then open Settings in Logmori and tap Restore purchase. This restores Pro only; to bring your log, follow the steps above.
How do I keep a copy of my log?
Settings → Export CSV creates a file with all your entries. Exporting is always free.
Why does my iPhone ask me to unlock when I log from the Lock Screen?
On the Lock Screen, a widget that logs runs only after your iPhone is authenticated. With Face ID, this happens on its own when you look at your iPhone; otherwise iOS asks you to unlock. After a restart, unlock your iPhone once before logging from a widget.
