Logmori Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

In short: Logmori has no account. The activities and times you log are stored on your iPhone, and the app doesn't send them to us or to anyone else on its own. Logging never needs an internet connection.

Your log can still leave your iPhone in ways you control: your iPhone's backups, and files you export. If you email us, we receive what you send. Each of these is explained below.

Logmori is developed by Manh Quoc Nguyen ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Logmori app for iPhone and its widgets ("the app"), and this website.

What the app stores, and where

The activities you create and the times you log them, including times you edit or add later, are stored locally on your iPhone, in a data store that the app and its widgets share. We don't run a server that receives this data, and we have no way to access the log in the app. We only see what you choose to send us, for example a file attached to an email.

The app has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. It contains no third-party code.

Network

Logging never needs an internet connection, and the app makes no network requests of its own. The only online features are services that iOS itself provides: purchases through the App Store, described below.

Purchases

Logmori Pro is a one-time In-App Purchase. Apple handles the payment through the App Store; we never receive your payment details, name or Apple Account. The app asks iOS (StoreKit) whether Pro is active and keeps that answer on your iPhone, so the widgets can check it. Buying or restoring Pro needs an internet connection; logging doesn't.

Face ID, Touch ID and passcode

If you turn on App Lock, iOS checks your Face ID, Touch ID or passcode and tells the app only whether it succeeded. The app never receives biometric data.

Widgets and the Lock Screen

Widgets show the activities and times you choose for them. On the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, anyone who can see your iPhone can see what a widget shows.

On the Lock Screen, a widget that logs runs only after your iPhone is authenticated. With Face ID, this happens on its own when you look at your iPhone; otherwise iOS asks you to unlock. After a restart, unlock your iPhone once before logging from a widget. App Lock protects the screens inside the app.

Export and import

When you export, the app creates a CSV file and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where that file goes (Files, Mail, another app) is your choice, and the destination's own privacy terms then apply. When you import, the app reads the backup file you pick on your iPhone.

Device backups

Like most apps, Logmori's data is included in your iPhone's backups when you back up with iCloud Backup or with a Mac or PC. iOS makes those backups, following your backup settings; we can't access them. Logmori 1.0 has no iCloud sync of its own.

Email to us

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your messages and any attachments you send. We use them to handle your support request and related follow-up. Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail), which processes email to provide the service.

We keep support correspondence and attachments, including our replies, for no longer than 12 months after the last message about your request, unless a longer period is required by law. After that we delete them permanently. You can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing the address below. We don't sell your support messages or use them for marketing.

Please don't send your full log or other sensitive information unless we need it to help you.

This website

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). To deliver the pages, AWS processes technical data such as your IP address and the pages you request, and may keep it in access logs under its own terms. We don't download or keep our own copies of those logs, and we don't use them to identify you. The site uses no cookies, scripts or trackers.

App Store statistics

Apple gives developers aggregated App Store figures, such as downloads and sales. If you chose in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may also share aggregated usage and crash data. We can't identify you from these figures.

Deleting your data

Children

Logmori isn't directed at children under 13, and the app doesn't send us personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how your data is handled, we'll also say so in the app's release notes.
